Orsobianco in the world
Dolciaria Orsobianco Srl is a company specialized in the production of baked goods and pastries, and FRESH FROZEN COOKED, attentive to the quality of its products made without preservatives and dyes, with selected raw materials, without the addition of mono and diglycerides of fatty fat. Initially it is specializing in the production of croissants, to arrive today to produce more than 100 specialties. The company directs its distribution mainly to supermarket chains and Ho.Re.Ca.
The company was founded in 1992 in Villar San Costanzo (CN), in Piedmont.
In 2008 the company moved into the new factory in Borgo San Dalmazzo and opened his first store in direct sales, at the headquarters Via Cuneo 90.
In 2010 Dolciaria Orsobianco opens the second store in the center of Cuneo (Piazza Galimberti 10) and obtained by the Piedmont Region recognition of Eccellenza Artigiana (Artisan Excellence) that certifies the expertise and professionalism of the company.
In 2012 Orsobianco develops an innovative process that is protected by internetional patents creating: “Ready in 3 Minutes”, which consist in deep frozen already cooked products, allowing you to maintain the quality and the fragrance of freshly baked croissants. The heating of about 3 minutes allows immediate use, with considerable savings of time and energy compared to raw frozen products.
With this unique product, which has no competition in the market, Confectionery Orsobianco opens the sale of its products to the Ho.Re.Ca.?In 2013, thanks to the products “Ready in 3 Minutes”, Orsobianco receives TuttoFood Award for Innovation in 2014 and was awarded the the ‘Horeca 24 category New Food Solutions.?Also in 2014 the company received certification: British Retail Consortium Global?Standard (BRC) Grade A and International Featured Standard (IFS), two international standards that guarantee the standardization of quality, safety and operational criteria also ensure that manufacturers comply with their legal obligations and protect the consumer.

Craft tradition and innovation are the basis of the philosophy of Dolciaria Orsobianco, that has targets a constant search for taste, quality, service and attention to health, wanting to develop, produce and distribute baked goods and pastries fresh and frozen cooked.
Natural products means using the best ingredients, without using chemical additives, such as preservatives, dyes, GMOs and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) and flour treatment agents (E300) and the result is not only good, but highly digestible.
